25 years of sales experience, with 19 of those years dedicated specifically to IT sales. Extensive corporate background includes roles in direct sales, inside sales, and cloud solutions across global markets (working for Oracle for 11 years, Microsoft 2 years), including Central & Eastern Europe, MEA, South Europe, and Benelux.
Throughout my career, I’ve honed expertise in coaching and training, exemplified by my pivotal role in establishing the German business model within a new Digital Hub in Amsterdam. Over a span of fewer than 4 months, my team and I successfully hired, onboarded, mentored, and coached over 20 individuals, ensuring their career success.
With 8 years of experience as a Technology Sales Manager at Oracle in Prague and Amsterdam, I’ve navigated diverse markets, including Benelux and CEE, steering teams towards success by meticulously managing business pipelines, devising strategic account plans, and ensuring precise forecasting. Driving Channel Sales Management initiatives, I’ve orchestrated cohesive efforts across partners, direct reports, and marketing teams to optimize business development. Through coaching and mentoring, I’ve nurtured individual and team growth, conducting regular pipeline reviews and motivating my team toward outstanding performance and personal development. This role has shaped me into a leader, teaching me invaluable lessons in performance management and strategic planning for business success.
